(In collaboration with IAL) This workshop aims to equip adult educators with some necessary knowledge and tools to effectively embrace and manage change in their professional lives.

Participants will explore various aspects of change, understand the psychology behind resistance, and develop practical strategies to navigate transitions more smoothly.

Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in E-Learning, Power Systems, Strategic Planning, Lecturing, and Research. Strong professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems Reliability) from University of Saskatchewan.

Bee Hwee is a seasoned professional and trainer with a diverse background in engineering, banking, human resources, and education. As a former teacher and HR manager, she excelled in upskilling, designing competency frameworks, training roadmaps, and interventions. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, Bee Hwee is seconded to the Joint Polytechnic Academy for Educators (JP-AcE), where she is a part of the pioneering team establishing the academy to enhance the competencies of polytechnic lecturers across five institutions.
