He has more than 20 years of working experience in using, deploying, supporting and teaching Information Systems. The companies he has worked for include BMW, Mercedes-Benz and HP. Mike is a certified SAP Consultant and a certified Salesforce Administrator. He is also certified in ACTA. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Adelaide. He also holds a Bachelor Degree (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University."
