Workshop: Mastering Adult Learning in the CET Classroom (Run 1)

(In collaboration with IAL) This one-day workshop aims to equip CET educators with effective teaching strategies based in andragogy.

Participants will gain insights into adult learner needs and learn how to foster engagement. Additionally, participants will develop skills to proactively manage disruptive behaviors and create a positive classroom environment conducive to adult learning.
