Empowering and supporting educators through the digital and AI-driven transformation of teaching and learning,
Date: 23 July 2026, Thursday
Time: 12pm - 1pm
Synopsis
As Generative AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT reshape education, educators are rethinking how assessment can remain authentic and meaningful.
This webinar shares an AI-integrated teaching approach that uses ChatGPT group chats to facilitate team project learning beyond the classroom within a flipped classroom and Team-Based Learning (TBL) environment. Rather than providing direct answers, the AI is designed to guide students’ thinking through questioning, prompting, and facilitation. Students apply classroom learning directly to project tasks while developing critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills. The session will share the implementation approach and preliminary findings from a pilot class conducted last semester.
