Synopsis
Students’ reflections tend to be brief or descriptive due to time or task constraints. This webinar examines how lecturers and AI can co-facilitate more intentional reflection before, during, and after experiential learning activities.
Transferable strategies to personalise dialogue, surface assumptions, and support deeper shifts in students’ thinking will be shared.
Speakers

Lim Mei Ting is a lecturer at Republic Polytechnic with over a decade of experience in experiential learning. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating educational programmes for students and corporate participants, with a focus on engagement, reflection, and experiential learning. Her experience in programme design and facilitation has enabled her to develop learner-centred experiences that foster meaningful interaction, collaboration, and personal growth. This background supports her involvement in the design and implementation of inclusive learning activities and educational research initiatives.

Sharon Tan is a lecturer, staff developer, and educational researcher at Republic Polytechnic. Her work focuses on advancing the integration of AI and sustainability in teaching and learning. She collaborates closely with educators to design and implement innovative learning experiences that leverage emerging technologies to foster critical thinking, student engagement, and sustainability awareness.
